Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are allowed only by arrangement.
Q: What are your check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in can be done from 4 PM onwards; earlier check-in is unfortunately not possible. Late check-in is not a problem, as it is contactless. Check-out must be done by 10 AM at the latest. Please adhere to these times so we can ensure professionally cleaned apartments.
Q: Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
A: Yes. During your stay at Sedan Apartments, you will have strong broadband internet up to 200 Mbps.
Q: Do you provide a shuttle service from Günzburg train station to your apartments?
A: No, unfortunately, we do not offer that. There are plenty of taxis directly at the station, and we are generally easily accessible by foot. It's about 600 meters from Günzburg train station to our apartments.
Q: Is there a digital check-in?
A: Yes, there is exclusively a digital check-in. You can easily check in and out online shortly before your stay.
Q: How is the key handover for the apartments done?
A: At Sedan Apartments, all units have keyless access. You will receive an individual access code for your specific apartment immediately after digital check-in.
Q: Are there parking facilities at Sedan Apartments?
A: Yes, each apartment is assigned a designated parking space directly in front of our house, included in the booking price. If more than one parking space is needed, an additional one may be available for booking.
Q: Are the kitchens in our apartments fully equipped?
A: Our kitchens are equipped to the best of our ability for your stay.
Q: Is there a shuttle service to Legoland Deutschland?
A: We do not offer a shuttle service to Legoland ourselves. Right next to our apartments, there is a bus shuttle service to Legoland, which will take you directly to the park at a reasonable cost.
Q: How can we communicate with you?
A: If you have fundamental questions that are not answered in our digital guest booklet (also available in the apartment), we are reachable via WhatsApp at all times. In urgent cases, feel free to contact us by phone, and in case of emergency, we are of course available in person!
Q: Are there shopping or dining options nearby?
A: Yes! Due to our central location in Günzburg, shopping, dining, as well as doctors/pharmacies, are easily reachable on foot. You'll find a comprehensive guide and plenty of tips in our digital guest booklet, which will be provided to you after booking!
Q: Can breakfast be optionally booked?
A: No, at Sedan Apartments, we do not offer breakfast. Bakeries and shopping options are easily reachable in a short morning stroll.
Q: Is smoking allowed in your apartments?
A: No, smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments and all indoor areas. Smoking is only permitted on balconies and terraces (if available at the respective apartment). Ashtrays are provided in these areas.
